Army to be out of Germany by 2019 as troops withdraw four years earlier than expected.

British troops are to be withdrawn from Germany four years earlier than expected, the Defence Secretary will announce today. Around 10,000 troops will be back in the UK by the end of 2016 with around 4,500 left to return in 2019.
